1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver Pan India through our network of trusted courier partners, from our studio in Udaipur, Rajasthan, to every serviceable pincode across the country.
2. Dispatch Time
Most orders are packed and dispatched within 3–7 business days of order confirmation. Personalized and custom items may require additional time for engraving, printing or assembly — this will be communicated where applicable. Dispatch times may be slightly longer during peak festive and wedding seasons.
3. Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes an additional 2–7 business days depending on your location, courier serviceability, and local conditions.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location. Orders above the free-shipping threshold (shown at checkout) are delivered free of charge.
5. Order Tracking
You will receive order and dispatch updates via email/SMS where available. Registered users can also track order status from the My Orders section of their account.
6. Unboxing Video Requirement
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your package. This helps us process any damage, missing item or wrong item claims quickly — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to courier network issues, weather, regional restrictions or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed in such cases.
